Thanks for your e-mail. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the service you provide, and how valuable it has been to me. I got out of the house for the first time in months, and was able to go to a football match that I'd been looking forward to for a long time because I was able to hire this wheelchair.
After months of waiting, my NHS wheelchair is finally being delivered today, however, I am planning to write to the occupational health service, and post on disability discussion boards I participate in, to suggest that when we need to wait more than two weeks, the OHS should pay to hire wheelchairs for us, from you!
I was amazed at the quick turnaround in service, I ordered my chair one evening, and it was there next morning - I was sceptical to say the least that it would arrive, but it arrived early, and the delivery driver was exteremly helpful. The whole ordering process is straightforward and very easy to follow, as is the returns process. I'm just delighted with your service overall.

Just wanted to write and say how very impressed we have been with your company and the professional service received. When I called for the initial booking, staff were very helpful and provided me with useful information. The wheelchair was delivered as and when promised and also collected as scheduled. The wheelchair itself was clean, tidy and very lightweight so my son could wheel it himself.

I can't fault the service, the staff were more than helpful as I initially wanted a self propelling wheelchair but was advised that my body/arm strength would not allow me to use it for the distances I needed to travel (the school run 20 minutes one way slightly up hill). Plus I only needed it for a few months. The leg trolley was absolutely fantastic, I loved it, my 6 year old daughter loved it as did her friends and cousins. I whizzed around in it like a child. I was hands free which meant I washed dishes, cooked and looked after my daughter. Thank you so much for telling me about it.
