With the busy Christmas period quickly approaching, now is the perfect time to think of hiring a wheelchair if you`ve got an elderly relative visiting, or wish to get out and join in the festive celebrations. It will therefore be a relief to know that Wheelfreedom are delivering wheelchairs nationwide in the run-up to Christmas.
Our next-morning deliveries of manual wheelchairs will continue as normal up to Saturday 21st of December, and can be booked online or over the phone. We can also arrange deliveries of wheelchairs for Monday the 23rd – however, these can only be organised over the phone with one of our customer services advisors. We would recommend when possible getting a wheelchair delivered before this date, as Christmas is an extremely busy period for deliveries. Collections of equipment will continue as normal over Christmas.
Our technicians will be operating a full delivery service for powered mobility equipment over the Christmas period, and you can book in a convenient delivery date and time when you order over the phone. The office will close at 1pm on Christmas Eve, and will be open between 9 am – 5 pm on the 27th, 30th and 31st of December.
