Our Showroom

November 10th update: As a provider of essential services and products, our Chessington showroom remains fully open. As part of our our COVID-19 precautions, we are asking customers to call us on 0800 025 8005 to book a time slot before you visit.

We are only allowing one appointment in each section of the showroom at a time, ensuring you have the space to browse and try products at your leisure. Our product specialists are fully equipped with PPE, and all equipment is sanitised after use, ensuring your safety.

Expert Advice For You

Our friendly and experienced product specialists are on-hand to assess and advise you, matching you with the right product. Our site is also the HQ for our company, with all our customer service, technical, and product specialist staff based here, ensuring we can always answer any questions you may have.

When buying mobility equipment, it is vital that you get the right product for you that is fitted to you, as badly fitting or ill-suited equipment can cause real harm, as well as being a waste of money.

None of our staff are on commission, which allows them to provide impartial, genuine advice to ensure you get the right product for you.

Home Demonstrations and Virtual Assessments

We understand that some people may not be able to travel to our Chessington showroom, particularly if shielding at present. We are able to offer home demonstrations for many of our products - particularly powered wheelchairs, active and tilt in space manual wheelchairs, and mobility scooters. We can also carry out virtual assessments via video call if preferred. Please call us on 0800 025 8005 if you would like to arrange a home demonstration or virtual assessment.
