With the Dreeft Wheels, you can brake without friction and use 80% less effort on your handrails when controlling the wheelchair. The handrails of the Dreeft Wheels are not attached to your wheelchair’s rims, and the handrails do not rotate with the wheels. As a result, the Dreeft Wheels reduce the risk of injury and friction burns.
