This far outstrips its smaller brother the S425, which has only 1200 W, and means the S700 is far better at handling gradients and heavier weights. Large 75 Ah batteries power the S700, and give it an unbeatable 34 mile range.

Comfort is not neglected, with advanced 4-wheel suspension softening the ride, while the large 13 inch pneumatic tyres help to both cushion bumps and allow the S700 to better negotiate rough ground and kerbs. The high-back seat is fully adjustable - the height, depth and recline can be set to your needs, while the width, angle and depth of the armrests can be adjusted. The longer chassis allows additional legroom, ideal for taller drivers.

The infinitely adjustable tiller can be set to a comfortable angle for easy driving, while the wig-wag design allows the S700 to be controlled by using either your fingers or thumbs - ideal for those with restricted dexterity or limited use of one hand. The control panel is waterproof, allowing all-weather use of the scooter even in downpours, and it also features soft touch buttons that are easy to press.

Available exclusively with sleek black metallic bodywork, the S700 is a sporty modern scooter. Prominent LED lights keep the scooter visible whilst minimising battery drain, while two carbon-effect wing mirrors are included as standard.
