Compatible with almost any manual wheelchair the MTW Trekking Power kit is the ultimate in power add-on versatility. The kit transforms your manual wheelchair into an electronic wheelchair by replacing the manual wheels with motorised wheels. Combined with any Triwheel, Triride or Tribike Hybrid model, it allows you to have a high-performance rear traction or 3X3 three-wheel drive electric vehicle, manoeuvred via the front wheel. 

The Triride MTW system offers versatile functionality across different usage scenarios:

The system attaches quickly and can be easily removed, returning the wheelchair to its original state without structural changes. With the special control, you can select your preferred drive type. By removing the front power traction, you can use the wheelchair in indoor mode with the convenient joystick.

With high-torque motor options ranging from 600 W to 2400 W and a front, rear, and multi-traction selector, you can confidently approach all types of outdoor terrain. It's powered by a lithium-ion battery, with options for 36 V or 48 V and single or double battery configurations, providing a range of up to 31 miles depending on carry weight and terrain. Additional features include an anti-tip wheel, a rear light with a braking function, and various options for personalised drive. And there are options for city or cross tyres, allowing for use in various terrains and environments.

Two versions of the MTWs are available - the 

, which weighs from 9.6kg and has slightly reduced torque (40 Nm per wheel), and the 

, which offers the highest level of torque (55 Nm per wheel) and is best for those after enhanced outdoor performance.
